Custom Design/Build, Inc. - Exterior Upgrade

           The clients for this exterior upgrade had worked with us before and wanted to make the exterior of the house look as good as the interior.  Right now the exterior is very plain and simple and the entry doesnt do the house justice.  With a strong emphasis on the budget we wanted to give the client an exterior upgrade that would bring this 1950's house back to life and also not empty their wallets.

          The design I came up with creates an emphasis on the strong horizontals already on the home, while adding color to seperate the two distinct sections.  Also I designed a simple entry that will also work with the horizontals so it will all come together as one.  By adding a darker color up top I was able to give this home some more dimension and make it stand out while looking at it from the street.  The windows will get a new larger trim and the bandboards will act us the upper trim for every window.  Although I looked at many different designs for this project, this was the most effective in terms of creating an interesting facade while keeping the budget in mind.
