Custom Design/Build, Inc. - Floor Plan Analysis

          This plan is one of the last things I did at Custom Design/Build.  The couple that we were working for wanted to replace windows in their home as well as remodel the kitchen.  The idea behind this analysis was to find the areas of the home that needed the most work.  We decided that the best idea was to create a master plan to be able to prioritize and phase the entire project.  Obviously the couple wanted to do the kitchen and replace the windows but this way they will have the big picture and be able to plan the rest of the house around what they are doing now.  This will limit problems in future remodeling and additions.
